Magnitude 5.1 earthquake rattles Surigao del Sur
Phivolcs said the tremor occurred at 3:29 p.m. some 84 kilometers (kms) northeast of Bayabas town.
Tectonic in origin, the quake had a depth of 22 kms, the seismology bureau said.
